Acknowledge Your Social Following

Social media marketing is a full time job, especially if your social media pages are very engaging. Blog comments, Facebook wall posts, and Twitter mentions or retweets can become overwhelming at times, but you must recognize your following. Remember, each person that directly, or even indirectly, acknowledges you has taken some interest in your content. A simple thank you is enough to keep that person coming back for more. Replies can also help grow a discussion or topic. You may get overwhelmed at times, but allocate time each day to respond or engage your loyal following. When people know their message is being received, it will increase their willingness to engage more and share your content. Everyone likes to be recognized, so why should you be the only one?
