This figure is an average, so if you have a 100% response rate, we applaud you. Having anything under a perfect response rate can not only anger your customers, it can cause them to find another brand to be loyal to. Customer service is a huge part of social media and not serving your customer can have a huge impact on both your brand's sales and image. Respond to every request, even if you direct them to email or call a certain person. Helping them resolve their issue will ultimately lead to a more successful social media campaign.
