The key to social media is interactions. Unless you are a high profile business or celebrity, you need to engage and interact with your consumer. Whether a solo person, or a brand, making conversation with other people, businesses or even consumers is how to grow your social network. Don’t expect someone to like or follow your brand if you aren’t giving them any useful information, or are ignoring your following all together. Social media is a two-way street, just like keeping loyal friends and consumers is. Don’t be that person. Interact more.
