Advertising or marketing another company on your social media site can benefit you in the long-run. This will not necessarily take away from marketing your own company. If you can properly cross-promote, the business you are linking to should have no problem featuring your product or services on their site. If word spreads that you are open to market or link to another business page, you may find your own company being promoted on larger websites with a larger following base.
